Sizing guidelines
Do not use your pant size for the weight lifting belts as this is worn in a different posture across the abdomen area.
For the selection of size-grab a measurement tape and measure around the abdomen area in a relaxed position. Measure your waist between your ribs and hips aligning the tape across your belly button.
